$3,500/mo platform fee + $125 per qualified lead. 6-month minimum. When one job closes, it more than covers the cost. Optional buyout after term.

Lead Supplier Model
Developer-Owned Brand
$2,000/mo
+ $175/lead
We run an independent lead-gen brand in your market and generate exclusive, high-intent leads. You don't own or maintain the site—you just receive qualified leads and pay per lead.
$2,000/mo platform access + $175 per qualified lead. 6-month minimum. Lower platform fee; higher per-lead price due to exclusivity. No buyout—you purchase access to leads only.
When to use it
When you want minimal setup and no tech ownership. You focus on closing jobs; we focus on filling your pipeline.
