Option A

Lead Generation Platform on Existing Company Domain

Partnership Model

$3,500/mo

+ $125 per qualified lead

Overview

This agreement covers the design, development, hosting, and ongoing optimization of a custom full-stack website deployed on your existing domain. The website is built specifically to generate qualified service leads and operates as a scalable digital acquisition channel alongside your existing efforts.

This is not a one-time website build. It is an ongoing, performance-oriented lead generation platform.

Scope of Services

  • Custom hard-coded full-stack website (no templates or page builders)
  • Hosting and infrastructure managed by developer
  • Analytics, tracking, and lead attribution setup
  • Conversion funnel optimization and iteration
  • Ongoing maintenance, updates, and uptime monitoring

Compensation Structure

Platform & Hosting Fee

$3,500 per month

Covers hosting, maintenance, optimization, and platform operation. Due monthly regardless of lead volume.

Performance Pricing

$125 per qualified lead

Qualified Lead Definition

  • Prospect within agreed service area
  • Explicit intent for your core service (not minor repair or low-intent inquiry)
  • Valid contact information

Minimum Term

6-month minimum agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate after the minimum term with 30 days written notice. Non-payment results in suspension of the platform.

Ownership & Licensing

  • Developer retains ownership of all code, systems, and hosting infrastructure
  • Company is granted a license to use the platform while the agreement is active
  • Upon termination, the platform is decommissioned unless a buyout is executed

Optional Buyout

Buyout available after 6 months. Buyout price to be mutually agreed based on platform value (typically 6–12× monthly platform fee).

Purpose

This structure aligns incentives: you only pay more when qualified leads are delivered, while we are compensated for building and operating the underlying revenue system.

Option B

Independent Lead Generation Brand (Developer-Owned)

Lead Supplier Model

$2,000/mo

+ $175 per qualified lead

Overview

This agreement covers the creation and operation of a standalone lead generation website under a new brand owned entirely by the developer. The site will be marketed independently and deliver exclusive, qualified service leads to your company.

You do not own the website, domain, or brand—you purchase exclusive leads generated by the platform.

Scope of Services

  • New brand identity and website (developer-owned)
  • Custom hard-coded full-stack build
  • Hosting, infrastructure, and maintenance managed by developer
  • Lead tracking, filtering, and delivery system
  • Continuous optimization for lead quality and volume

Compensation Structure

Platform Access Fee

$2,000 per month

Covers access to the exclusive lead feed and platform operation.

Performance Pricing

$175 per qualified lead

(Per-lead price is higher due to exclusivity and developer-owned brand.)

  • Prospect within agreed service area

Exclusivity

Leads generated by the platform are sold exclusively to your company within the agreed service area. Developer may operate the platform in other markets or regions.

Developer retains full ownership of:

  • Brand
  • Domain
  • Codebase
  • Hosting infrastructure

You purchase access to leads only. No buyout or ownership transfer implied.

Termination

Either party may terminate after the minimum term with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, lead delivery ceases immediately.
